Matthew Postponing his farewell

Looks like he feels - MISERABLE!

Matthew missed his Farewell because Mama took him to Primary Children's because he STILL wasn't getting better. We fought with them a bit about it being a virus. They finally gave in and ran some tests, did and Xray, CT scan...WOW!! A Retropharyngeal Abscess!
Surgery was scheduled for 4pm that day, (by then Sat) but decided against it. HEAVY DUTY antibiotics and lots of prayers, he is doing better.

Matthew Update: Still at Primary Children's. Matthew is snoring..which means he is sleeping comfortably. :)
His CRP levels, (that measure inflammation went down instead of up today.)
If still doing this well tomorrow and levels decrease, he will probably go home on oral antibiotics!
YIPPEE!

Amazing how you can have a vast conglomeration

of opposing feelings all at once! Guess I'll get used to it!

Matthew just passed his language test in Español! 

This means he will only be at the MTC for 3 weeks! 

Hopefully it will be a Feliz Navidad y Feliz Año Nuevo por Mateo!!  Congratulations mi hijo! XOXOX
